Production Manager
Location: Coalville
Salary: £36,711 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week

Our client is currently seeking an experienced Production Manager to join their operations team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment and is passionate about driving operational efficiency, quality, and team development.

The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring production operations run smoothly and efficiently, meeting both quality standards and washing targets.

Duties

Oversee and manage all aspects of the washing process.
Implement and monitor operational plans and production schedules.
Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety regulations, industry standards, and internal policies.
Analyse production performance data, focusing on efficiency, output, and product quality.
Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to boost productivity and reduce costs.
Lead, mentor, and support team members to foster a culture of teamwork and professional growth.
Machine uptime
Maintenance cost control
Quality of output

The Candidate

Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience (desirable)
Competency in Microsoft Office and process automation systems
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
