We are looking for a motivated Production Manager to join a market leading company in their respective field. Reporting directly to the factory director you will be a key member in ensuring the production facility is kept running. You will be involved in all aspects of production within their operation. With progressive development this company is always looking to enhance its employees and their skill sets, whilst additionally being supported by a welcoming team. The position will appeal to a strong manager or team leader looking for their next challenging role within in a secure and stable company.

• Proudction & Operations Management
• Lean Six Sigma - Continuous Improvement
• Lead a Team of 30
• Set up Shift Meetings
• Active on Shop Floor
• H&S Involvement

Skills and Qualifications

• No Specific Qualifications Needed
• Chemical Manufacturing Experience (5+ Years)
• IOSH/ NEBOSH Desirable
