Production Manager

Responsibilities of the Production Manager will include:

• Motivate a dedicated team of Machinists, planners, NDT and Technical employees fostering a culture of excellence and continuous development
• Implement KPIs and visual management tools to track and enhance productivity
• Lead projects and continuous improvement initiatives to boost operational efficiency
• Manage budgets with a focus on cost control and strategic investment
• Maintain accurate product stock levels to meet demanding production schedules
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to maximise machinery output, ensuring the highest quality and safety standards

We are looking for a Production Manager with the below skills & experience:

• Proven leadership experience, ideally in heavy engineering/CNC machining//manufacturing environments
• Strong financial and commercial acumen, with experience in budget management
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to inspire and engage your team
• A data-driven, target-focused mindset with a track record of delivering results
