An excellent opportunity has arisen with one of the UK’s instantly recognisable FMCG manufacturers, a leading manufacturer, specialising in food manufacturing. Benefiting from recent investment on new state of the art production lines, which will in turn aid the further expansion of this already rapidly growing organisation, which has been established for 30 years.

Key Skills

• Experience in Production Manager in Manufacturing
• Knowledge of SAP and ERP Systems
• FMCG/Food Manufacturing Experience

The Role

The ideal candidate will have a strong manufacturing base, proven ability to manage under pressure within a high-volume manufacturing environment, as well as the ability to demonstrate a proactive approach in this shop floor management role. The challenge will involve the management of a multi-disciplined workforce including the management of all Key Performance Indicators including productivity, efficiency, and quality. You will manage the production lines on a double day’s shift pattern ensuring that production targets are achieved in line with product quality standards. Longer term opportunities also exist to progress within this dynamic forward-thinking organisation with a structured management career path.
