Your responsibilities as Production Manager

Lead, coach and develop teams to achieve operational targets
Drive improvements across output, efficiency, quality, labour and waste KPIs
Plan and manage production activities to ensure daily targets are achieved
Maintain high standards of health and safety, food safety and product quality
Work closely with planning, stock control and other departments to improve operational performance
Lead continuous improvement initiatives across the production operation
What we're looking for in a Production Manager

Previous leadership experience within a fast-paced food manufacturing environment
Poultry manufacturing experience or experience within a similar food production setting
Strong knowledge of production KPIs, operational performance and budget management
Ability to analyse production data and identify opportunities for improvement
Experience working collaboratively across multiple operational departments
Working hours
Tuesday to Thursday: 13:35 – 23:00
Friday: 13:45 – 21:45
Saturday: 08:45 – 18:00
