The role

Reporting to the Business Unit Manager, you'll take responsibility for day-to-day production performance, productivity, quality and team development, leading a team of around 40 production operatives.

We're looking for someone who is:

Experienced in production or manufacturing management

*

Confident leading and developing production teams

*

Practical and technically minded – engineering, fabrication, sheet metal or similar would be beneficial

*

Comfortable driving productivity, quality and continuous improvement

*

Hands-on, positive and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
