Do you have an electrical background with a minimum of 18th edition certification? Do you have a background in Manufacturing/production?

Due to continued growth, they are actively looking for an ambitious individual who will be responsible for driving efficiency and productivity across production.

On offer is a role where you will oversee a team of assemblers , where you will play a huge role in the success of the company, while developing processes and site operations.

The ideal candidate for this role will have a background in electrics (18th edition) and worked in a manufacturing/production environment. This is an exciting opportunity to put your own stamp on a team, while progressing technically and contributing towards the company's goals.

The role

• Responsible for site operations and manufacturing
• Improve production operations
• Monday - Friday (Days role)
• £40,000 - £45,000 + 25 days holiday + Training + Company benefits

The Candidate

• Electrical experience with 18th Edition qualification
• Experience in a manufacturing/production environment
• Previous supervisory or management experience desirable but not essential
• Lives local or willing to commute to Castleford
