Description

As the Production Manager (Evenings) you will be tasked with the following;

• Manage evening production operations to meet output and quality targets.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards at all times.
• Monitor and optimise production schedules to improve efficiency.
• Lead and support the evening production team, fostering collaboration and productivity.
• Oversee maintenance of equipment to prevent disruptions in production.
• Implement improvements to streamline processes and reduce waste.
• Report production performance and address any challenges promptly.
• Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless operations.

Profile

A successful Production Manager (Evenings) should have:

Job Offer

• £42,000 per annum.
• Evening shift hours: Monday-Thursday, 1.00pm-10.00pm.
• 25 days of holiday leave plus bank holidays (pro rata).
