Established over 10 years ago, the company has seen rapid growth in the bespoke cabinet industry, with a reputation for being an exciting, upcoming team. They are looking for a Production Manager that can lead a team to ensure organisation across the company and drive them closer to their upcoming growth goals.

In this office-based role, you will lead a small but mighty team, covering a wide range of managerial tasks to enable their success. Starting each day with a daily meeting, you will inspire employees by setting them up for the day and managing workflow, alongside creating and maintaining schedules and checking stock. You will also be assisting workers with complex joinery task demonstrations.

This role would suit a production manager with experience in joinery, specifically in the cabinet industry, looking to join an ambitious young company in an autonomous role with excellent employee benefits.

The Role:

· Leading the production department and a small team of joiners
· Creating work schedules and ensuring they are maintained and optimised
· Managing workflow, beginning with daily meetings
· Stock checking and overseeing goods in / goods out

The Person:

· Production Manager or similar
· Joinery experience
