Are you a Production Manager from a manufacturing background with design experience, looking for an exciting position where every day presents new challenges, with clear progression to Directorship within 2-3 years?

Are you looking to join a company providing bespoke fabrication and manufacturing to big name brands?

In this role, you will be a part of the manufacturing process from beginning to end, you will have input on design as well as planning out the production and overseeing the shop floor operations. This includes managing a team of 6-10 people including welders and fabricators, as well as liaising with the sales team.

This company has been going for over 50 years, they have worked with big name brands such as Primark, Vue, and HSBC, and are well established in their sector. They provide bespoke fabrication and manufacturing of their product, and are looking to grow year on year by 15%.

This role would suit a Production Manager from manufacturing with knowledge of AutoCAD or SolidWorks, looking for a progressive opportunity where they can elevate their career.

The Role:

Involved in the manufacturing process from design through to production
Oversee, plan, and manage shop floor operations, leading a team of 6-10 people
Clear progression to Directorship within 2-3 years
Monday to Thursday 8am - 4:30pm, finish at 3:30pm on FridaysThe Person:
