Production Manager Nightshift

My client are currently looking to recruit an experienced Production Manager to join their site in North Lanarkshire. You will be working with an extremely successful FMCG company, that are going through a continued period of development and investment.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of production team
• Ensure high standards of product quality, safety, and efficiency
• Manage and lead a team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
• Coordinate with other departments to maintain seamless production flow
• Monitor production schedules, adjust resources as necessary, and meet production targets

• Nightshift : 22:00 - 06:30
