Production Manager - PM Shift

Your responsibilities as Production Manager

Lead daily operations to achieve production, quality and safety targets.
Develop, coach and support operational leaders while building succession plans.
Monitor operational performance, identify improvement opportunities and implement effective solutions.
Work closely with planning and stock teams to maximise production efficiency.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and report progress to senior leadership.
Maintain a strong presence across the operation to support performance, engagement and consistent standards. 
What we're looking for in a Production Manager

Strong background in manufacturing operations and production leadership.
Experience analysing operational data and using KPIs to drive improvement.
Knowledge of health and safety, quality standards and continuous improvement methodologies.
Confident using Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook alongside production, ERP or WMS systems.
Ability to deliver presentations, lead meetings and communicate operational plans effectively. 
This is a full-time role, working evening shifts.
