The role of the Production Manager – PVC Windows will involve:

* Production Manager position overseeing the manufacturing and production for a variety of PVC windows

* Lead and manage end-to-end manufacturing operations, from goods-in to dispatch, ensuring efficient workflows and on-time delivery

* Drive production performance against targets, balancing quality, cost, and efficiency while continuously improving processes

* Own production planning, resource utilisation, and operational decision-making to meet demand and resolve issues

* Ensure high standards of quality, Health & Safety, and compliance across all areas of the operation

* Lead, develop, and manage a large team while driving KPIs, cost control, and a culture of continuous improvement

The ideal applicant will be a Production Manager – PVC Windows with:

* Must have experience in a production or operations management role

* Ideally have worked with heavy manufacturing processes such as welding saws or other heavy machinery

* Lean manufacturing skillset (5S), IOSH & NEBOSH qualifications

* Must have experience managing a team, open ended in size although would be advantageous to have previously managed 20+

* Highly advantageous to have shop floor / factory experience

* Proactive, motivated, and highly organised
