Are you a Production Manager or similar with a background in Sheet Metal fabrication looking to join a growing business who are bringing production in house and looking for someone to lead, develop and grown the production team?

On offer is the opportunity to join an established company who design and install specialist equipment, they are bring fabrication in house and grow out their current manufacturing capabilities.

The role will involve helping to set up and build the production team, plan and manage the daily production, train staff and monitor health and safety on site.

This role would suit a Production Manager with background in a fabrication environment looking to take on the challenge of building and leading a new team, for a growing company who can provide a host of benefits including a bonus.
