We are currently recruiting for Production Operatives to join a well-established and growing business based in Poole, Dorset. This is a hands-on opportunity to join a busy production team, working within a modern facility where quality, efficiency and attention to detail are at the heart of everything they do.

As a Production Operative, you’ll be an important part of the team, helping to ensure products are produced, prepared and finished to a consistently high standard.

Working as part of a friendly and supportive production team, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Working as part of a busy production line
Operating machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
Preparing materials and components for production
Assembling and preparing finished products
Carrying out quality checks throughout the production process
Following production instructions and procedures carefully
Working to daily production targets and deadlines
Maintaining a clean, tidy and organised workstation
Working closely with colleagues to keep production running smoothly
Following all health, safety and quality proceduresTo be considered for this Production Operative role, you will need:

Reliable, punctual and hardworking
Practical and hands-on
Comfortable working in a busy production environment
Able to follow instructions and procedures accurately
Keen to learn new skills and develop within a production environment
