Production Operative - Afternoon Shift (2pm-10pm)

£16.64 per hour | Temp-to-Perm | Immediate Start

I'm recruiting for a fantastic manufacturing business with a great atmosphere and supportive team. This is a hands‑on production role with real opportunities to grow within the company.

The Role

Operating production machinery
Assembling and handling components with care
Completing detailed quality checks
Finishing/trimming parts using small hand tools
Keeping work areas clean and tidy (industrial environment)
Following all health & safety procedures
Recording production activity and reporting defects

About You

Good attention to detail
Happy working in a factory or production environment
Able to follow written instructions
Reliable, safety‑aware, and comfortable working independently
A background within blending could be advantageous
Previous production or factory experience is beneficial
