Production Operative - Basingstoke - £27k

Platform Recruitment have partnered with a special purpose machinery manufacturer in Basingstoke. They are looking to take on a hands-on and reliable Production Operative to help them meet production targets and their commitment to safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assembly and packing of machinery and parts
• Maintaining the quality of machines
• Performing quality checks on assembled equipment
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised workspace

Key Skills & Requirements:

• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft 365).
• Prior experience in manufacturing/production
• Strong assembly knowledge
• Good physical fitness, there will be some heavy lifting required for this role.
