Strive Staffing Solutions is currently seeking reliable and motivated Production Operatives to join a busy production facility in Acton, manufacturing natural health and beauty products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Production & Assembly

  • Assist with manufacturing tasks including mixing ingredients, filling containers, and applying labels.

• Packing & Packaging

  • Pack products efficiently and with care, ensuring presentation meets company standards.

• Quality Control

  • Carry out visual inspections to ensure high product quality throughout the process.

• Machine Operation

  • Operate and monitor machinery (training provided), reporting any faults promptly.

• Hygiene & Safety

  • Maintain cleanliness of your work area and follow all health and safety guidelines.

• Inventory Support

  • Support stock movements and materials handling as needed.

• Teamwork & Communication

  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and supervisors to meet daily production targets.

Requirements:

• Physically fit - the role may involve lifting and repetitive movements

• Good attention to detail and accuracy

• Strong team player with good communication skills

• Basic numeracy and ability to follow instructions

• Awareness of health, safety, and hygiene practices
