Production Operative

Job Title: Production Line Operative
Location: Ellesmere Port
Remuneration: Competitive Hourly Rate + Timekeeping Bonus (discussed at interview)
Contract Details: Temporary, with potential for permanent placement

Responsibilities:

• Operate form filling, bag sealing, and palletising equipment efficiently.
• Conduct thorough quality checks on seals, codes, print quality, pallet height, and build quality throughout your shift.
• Meet and exceed production targets set by management.
• Adhere strictly to Health and Safety compliance policies and procedures.
• Collaborate within a team environment to maximise production output.
• Provide support to relevant departments as required.
• Undertake additional duties assigned by supervisors/managers in line with the role.

Essential Criteria:

• Previous experience in a similar role within a FMCG environment.
• Good level of spoken and written English.
• Ability to take direction and follow instructions effectively.
