We are seeking a dedicated Production Operator to join our team in Thatcham. This role involves producing high-quality packaging and requires someone with prior production or manufacturing experience. The position offers a competitive salary and a structured rotating shift pattern, ideal for someone who can reliably commute to Thatcham and is comfortable with flexible working hours.

• Operate machinery and equipment to produce high-quality packaging.
• Monitor the production process and carry out basic testing and quality checks.
• Ensure that machines are set up properly and material is available for production.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety and quality regulations.
• Troubleshoot basic machine issues and report any malfunctions to maintenance staff.
• Work collaboratively with other team members to meet production targets.
• Participate in training and development sessions to improve skills and knowledge.

• Experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
• Comfortable with a rotating shift pattern and able to work the specified hours.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently as well as part of a team.
• Good communication skills and the ability to report issues effectively.
• Physically fit to handle manual aspects of the job including lifting and standing for long periods.

• Week 1: 6am – 2pm (Mon – Thurs)
• Week 2: 2pm – 10pm (Mon – Thurs)
• Week 3: 10pm – 6am (Mon – Thurs)
• Fridays rotate between:
  
  • 6am – 11:30am
  • 11:30am – 5pm
  • 5pm – 10:30pm
