Hours: Full-Time, Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM

Salary: £27,900 per annum

Key Responsibilities:

As a Production Operative, your day-to-day tasks will include:

• Soldering components to a high standard following technical drawings and specifications
• Working with cables, including cutting, stripping, and assembling connectors
• Using hand tools for precise assembly work
• Performing electrical testing to ensure product functionality and quality
• Following health & safety guidelines and maintaining a clean working area
• Collaborating with the production team to meet daily and weekly targets

What We’re Looking For:

To be successful in this role, you should ideally have:

• Previous experience in soldering (essential)
• A background in production or manufacturing, particularly in electronics or light assembly
• Confidence using basic hand tools and equipment
• Basic computer skills, including the ability to input data and follow work instructions
• Good attention to detail and a methodical approach to tasks
• A reliable, team-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic
