Job Description - Production Operative

Are you a Production Operative? Do you have experience with Assembly and fitting mechanical parts? If so we have an opportunity with one of our manufacturing clients and they would be keen to speak with you. If you are enthusiastic, professional and have a determination for work then look no further, as this is the job for you!

Production Operative

Permanent
Full time
Monday – Friday (early finish Friday)
Commutable from Basingstoke, Farnborough and Reading

Key Roles & Responsibilities as a Production Operative:

Read and interpret engineering drawings, work orders and assembly procedures
Assemble components and products
Record and maintain accurate batch information for all parts/materials used
Perform testing of any fully built products using approved testing procedures and equipment.
Conduct testing whilst in the process of assembling to ensure compliance with specifications at different stages of production.

Essential Experience as a Production Operative:

Previous Assembly / Fitting experience
Ability to use a variety of hand tools
Experience working within any engineering manufacturing environment
Can do attitude and willing to learn
