40 hours per week, Mon - Fri (6am - 2pm) - Salary banding £27,318 - £32,284

Marshalls Civils and Drainage is a leading manufacturer of precast concrete drainage and bespoke products with manufacturing sites in Pollington and Mells. As a result of our continued success, we are recruiting for Production Operatives with a background in Manufacturing or Production to join our team at Marshalls Pollington.

So what's the mission?
You will work as part of our manufacturing team to carry out all duties relating to the efficient production of high-quality concrete drainage and associated products. You will be trained in and required to use a range of hand tools, machinery, and mechanical handling equipment. You will work in an environment where safety, quality and efficiency are key to your and the company's ongoing success.

What are the mission-critical skills?

• Previous experience or understanding of working within a Manufacturing Production Plant
• Concrete manufacturing experience desirable
• FLT license desirable
• Team player with attention to detail
• Knowledge of OEE (overall Equipment Effectiveness) is advantageous
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing tools is advantageous
• Excellent English communication and writing skills
• Clearly defined career path with incremental salary increases at agreed stages.
