Production Operative

We are currently in search of a proactive and dependable Production Operative to join our client’s dynamic food manufacturing team in Winchester. If you possess prior experience in food production and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this position may be an ideal opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment and adhere to recipes with precision
• Uphold impeccable hygiene practices and maintain “clean as you go” standards
• Conduct regular quality assessments and ensure all documentation is completed accurately
• Collaborate effectively to achieve production goals and deadlines

Qualifications and Attributes

• Previous experience in food manufacturing or FMCG (training will be provided)
• Strong attention to detail accompanied by proficient literacy and numeracy skills
• Food Safety and/or Health & Safety certifications are advantageous

Working Hours

Monday–Friday, 08:00–16:45 (Day shifts only)
