Working Hours:
Monday – Thursday: 6:30am – 3:30pm
Friday: 6:30am – 1:00pm

Pay Rate:
£12.36 – £13.75 per hour (DOE)

We are currently recruiting Production Operatives to join a well-established and growing manufacturing company based in Mildenhall.

This is an excellent opportunity for reliable and hardworking individuals seeking long-term employment, with the potential to secure a permanent position following a successful probation period.
 
Duties:

Working within a fast-paced production environment
Operating machinery and tools safely and efficiently
Assembling and handling manufactured components
Carrying out quality checks on finished products
Adhering to all health and safety procedures
Manual handling and heavy lifting involved
Requirements:

Physically fit and able to carry out manual work
Reliable, punctual, and able to meet production targets
Previous manufacturing or production experience advantageous but not essential
