Introduction

Acorn by Synergie is recruiting for Production Operatives to join a leading manufacturing company based in Exeter. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with a background in manufacturing or production, although full training will be provided for the right individuals.

Key Details

Working hours: 6am-2pm (Monday and Friday), 6am-6pm (Saturday and Sunday)

38-hour working week over four days

Ongoing contract with potential for permanent employment

Starting rate: £16.39 per hour

Opportunity to progress through a grading system with pay increases once fully trained

Key Responsibilities

Operate production machinery safely and efficiently

Maintain quality and accuracy in all work undertaken

Follow health and safety procedures at all times

Work effectively as part of a team to meet production targets

Carry out general production and assembly duties as required

Candidate Requirements

Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment (preferred but not essential)

Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality

Good level of written and spoken English

Flexible and reliable approach to work

Team-oriented with a strong work ethic

Awareness of health and safety standards
