Hours: Monday-Thursday 06:00-15:00 | Friday 06:00-11:00 (Early Finish)

As a Production Operative, you'll work within a skilled team to assemble, finish, and inspect products to the highest standards.
Your main responsibilities will include:
* Operating machinery, hand tools, and power tools safely and efficiently
* Reading and following assembly instructions and job specifications
* Conducting quality checks to maintain production standards
* Working collaboratively with your team to meet targets
* Keeping your work area clean, organised, and safe
What We're Looking For
* Previous experience in manufacturing or production is an advantage, but not essential
* Confident using hand and power tools
* Strong attention to detail and a positive, can-do attitude
* Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn new skills
