Production Operative

Due to continued growth and an expanding order book, our client is looking for a motivated, hands-on Production Operative to join their busy and creative production team in Egham.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys making things, working with a variety of materials, and seeing projects come to life. From eye-catching  bespoke branded displays, you'll play a key role in producing high-quality products that make an impact.

You will be involved in the manufacture and assembly of a diverse range of bespoke pieces. No two days are the same, and you'll have the opportunity to work with a wide variety of materials, tools, and production techniques.
Your responsibilities will include:

Manufacturing and assembling a broad range of signage products to the highest standards.
Working with materials such as aluminium, acrylic, PVC, timber, steel, and composite panels.
Operating workshop machinery and hand tools safely and effectively.
Reading and interpreting technical drawings, specifications, and production instructions.
Carrying out quality checks to ensure every product meets customer expectations.
Packing and preparing completed projects for dispatch.
Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe workshop environment.
Contributing to a positive team culture and supporting colleagues where needed.We're keen to hear from practical individuals who enjoy hands-on work and take pride in producing quality results who have experience in Joinery or a similar workshop based environment.
