Location: Billingshurst
Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, rotating early and late shifts
Contract Type: Temporary to Permanent

We are currently working in partnership with a well-established and growing manufacturing business based in Billingshurst, who are looking to welcome Production Operatives into their team on a temp-to-perm basis.

The Role – Production Operative

As a Production Operative, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the manufacturing process. This position goes beyond basic production duties—it is an opportunity to become an integral part of the production team, contributing to product quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement.

Your responsibilities will include:

* Operating and monitoring a range of production line machinery and equipment

* Accurately filling, labelling, and packaging products to company standards

* Carrying out regular quality control checks to ensure consistency and compliance

* Identifying and reporting any faults, breakdowns, or inefficiencies

* Always following strict health & safety procedures

* Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environment

* Performing manual handling tasks and supporting general warehouse operations

* Assisting with stock movement and materials handling where required

This is a fast-paced, hands-on role suited to someone who takes pride in their work and enjoys being part of a collaborative production environment.
