Production Operative

Connect Appointments is recruiting a Production Operative to join an established manufacturer based in Rhyl.

Our client operates from a busy production facility in Rhyl, with a strong focus on quality output and consistently high manufacturing standards.

What's on offer?

Full-time permanent position
Paid at £12.71 per hour
Rotating three-week shift pattern:
Week 1: 6am to 2pm
Week 2: 2pm to 10pm
Week 3: 10pm to 6amAs a Production Operative, your duties will include:

Setting up and operating automated extrusion machines in line with production specifications
Monitoring machine performance and making adjustments to maintain quality and output
Loading raw materials and ensuring correct material usage for each production run
Inspecting finished products to confirm they meet quality and dimensional standards
Completing production records, quality checks and downtime logs accuratelyTo be considered as a Production Operative, you will need:

Previous experience operating extrusion or similar automated production machinery
A good understanding of machine controls and automated production processes
Strong attention to detail with the ability to monitor quality and identify faults
Good health and safety awareness within a manufacturing environment
