Pay & Hours
£16.45 per hour overtime - £24.65 per hour Sunday - 32.90 per hour Weekly pay - every Friday
As a Production Operative, your duties will include:
Operating production machinery safely and efficiently Feeding raw materials into manufacturing equipment Carrying out quality checks to ensure products meet company standards Loading, unloading and moving materials throughout the warehouse Operating a Counterbalance Forklift Truck Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment Following all Health & Safety procedures and reporting any hazards or near misses Supporting the wider production team to meet daily targets
What We're Looking For
At least 1 year's Counterbalance FLT experience Valid Counterbalance FLT Licence (in-house licences accepted, accredited licences desirable) Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment Good attention to detail Reliable, hardworking and safety-conscious Able to work a rotating 3-shift pattern
