We manufacture sustainable packaging for the food, household and personal care markets across the UK and Europe. Our core range includes:

- Self-adhesive & linerless labels

- Cartons

- Lined Board

- Trays

We are recruiting Production Operatives to join our Boston sites. We do have a few job roles available and full job descriptions will be provided.

Shift patterns

Triples (1 week of Monday-Thursday 06:00-14:00 & Friday 06:00-13:00, 1 week of Monday-Thursday 14:00-22:00 and Friday 13:00-21:00, 1 week of Sunday 23:00-06:00 & Monday-Thursday 22:00-06:00)

Or

Double Days (1 week of Monday-Friday 06:00-14:00, 1 week of Monday-Thursday 14:00-00:00)

Key Requirements

* Ability to manage and deal with change in a fast moving and demanding environment while still maintaining standards set within the business

* Should be able to use own initiative when necessary

* Ability to problem solve

* Good organisational and self-motivational skills

* High levels of accuracy and attention to detail
