We are seeking a Production Operative to join our dynamic manufacturing team. The role involves manufacturing high-quality products to precise specifications and ensuring that customer orders are fulfilled efficiently and accurately.

Day to Day of the Role:

• Assemble and manufacture parts and kits for our product ranges, adhering to works orders and quality procedures.
• Conduct final inspections on goods and maintain machinery.
• Operate CNC Machines to produce parts within set lead times.
• Pack goods ensuring they are protected for transit.
• Load and unload goods using lifting equipment, as qualified.
• Maintain a clean and organised work environment.
• Participate in stock takes and other general duties as required.
• Be willing to work at different sites with notice and undertake overtime when necessary.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Knowledge of machining, assembly techniques, and CNC operation.
• Familiarity with quality procedures and basic computer skills.
• Proficient manual handling techniques and good physical fitness.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Experience in planning, problem-solving, and decision-making.
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork capabilities.
• Proven experience in a practical engineering role.
• Relevant qualifications and licences are advantageous.
