Production Operative – Afternoon Shift – Temp to Perm

We’re recruiting Production Operatives to join an established FMCG business in Aylesford. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for practical, hands-on work with the potential to secure a permanent position.

Your duties will include:

Supporting day-to-day production activities.

*

Operating machinery and equipment following training.

*

Packing products and checking quality.

*

Moving stock and materials, including heavy lifting.

*

Completing basic production paperwork.

*

Keeping your work area clean, tidy and safe.

What we’re looking for:

A reliable, hardworking approach.

*

Good attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions.

*

A team player who is comfortable working in a busy environment.

*

Previous production, warehouse or manufacturing experience would be beneficial.

*

Ability to carry out manual handling and heavy lifting.

*

You must drive and have your own transport due to the site’s location.

Temporary-to-permanent position, subject to successful completion of the temporary period.
