We are seeking a reliable and motivated Production Operative to join our client’s team at a factory in Willand, starting immediately. This role involves loading/unloading produce, managing industrial machinery, conveyor belts, and general factory duties. The successful candidate will be physically fit, confident in a production environment and committed to maintaining a safe and clean working environment. There is potential for permanent employment for the right candidate.

Shift Pattern

Monday to Thursday
6am – 4.30pm
Pay Rate

£12.91 per hour
Key Responsibilities

Managing industrial machinery and conveyor belts
Loading/unloading produce and stock
Operating machinery
Carrying out heavy lifting as required
Ideal Candidate

Physically strong and conscientious
Experienced and confident in a production environment
Reliable, punctual and able to work independently
Committed to upholding high health and safety standards
