Production Operative - Days Only

We are currently recruiting for Aerospace Production Operatives to join a busy manufacturing team producing high-quality components for the aerospace industry.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are reliable, hardworking, and enjoy working in a fast-paced industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities:

* Operating production machinery and equipment.

* Working within a hot foundry environment handling metal castings.

* Loading and unloading components safely.

* Finishing, fettling and inspecting castings to required quality standards.

* Carrying out visual quality checks and reporting any defects.

* Following detailed work instructions and production schedules.

* Maintaining high standards of housekeeping and workplace safety.

* Adhering to all health and safety procedures, including the use of PPE.

What We're Looking For:

* Previous manufacturing, foundry or production experience is desirable but not essential.

* Comfortable working in a physically demanding, hot working environment.

* Good attention to detail and commitment to quality.

* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

* Reliable with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.

* Willingness to learn and undertake training where required
