Production Operative (Electronics Manufacturing)

Pay Rate: £15.25 per hour (standard hours)

Hours: 37 hours per week

Monday - Thursday: 08:00 - 16:45
Friday: 07:00 - 12:00Late Shift

Monday - Thursday: 14:00 - 22:00
Friday: 11:45 - 17:45We're currently recruiting for a reliable and motivated Production Operative to join our client based in Eastbourne. This is a great opportunity for someone with a light manufacturing background looking for long-term work.

Key Responsibilities:

Building small products to specification
Packing finished items ready for dispatch
Carrying out specialist product cleaning (not standard cleaning)
Ensuring all work meets quality standards
Maintaining a clean and organised workspace
Working independently while managing workload effectively

Requirements:

Previous experience in a light manufacturing or production environment preferred
Ability to work unsupervised and use initiative
Strong attention to detail
Good reliability and a positive, can-do attitude
