Stafforce is recruiting Production Operatives to join a busy manufacturing operation in Annan. This is an excellent opportunity to secure ongoing employment with the potential for permanent positions for high-performing candidates.

Shifts Available:

Monday to Thursday: 13:45 - 22:00 Friday: 12:30 - 19:30

The Role

As a Production Operative, you will be responsible for supporting the manufacturing process and ensuring products are produced and packed to the highest standards.

Key duties include:

Operating within a fast-paced production environment
Packing and preparing products for dispatch
Carrying out quality checks
Following health, safety and hygiene standards
Maintaining a clean and organised work area
Working collaboratively as part of a team to achieve production targets

What We're Looking For

Reliable and punctual individuals
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Good attention to detail
Flexibility to work required shift patterns
Previous production or manufacturing experience is advantageous but not essential, as full training will be provided
