Production Operative - Nights

We are seeking motivated and reliable individuals to join a growing production team for our client in Willand. Our client fosters a supportive work environment that values work-life balance and rewards dedication.
The role includes container unloading, using machinery, FLT operation (training can be given) and other tasks as required.

Working Hours: Monday to Thursday (phone number removed)

£14.07 - £14.57 per hour - temp to perm.

Enhanced overtime rate once a permanent employee.

This role will involve dealing with allergens. Do not apply if you have a peanut allergy.

Key Responsibilities

Operate machinery

Perform picking and packing tasks with attention to detail

Maintain cleanliness and organisation of storage areas

Operate forklift trucks to load/unload goods into racking or bulk storage (training may be given)

Liaise with the Storage Supervisor regarding deliveries and collections

Support stock control activities

Work independently and manage tasks without supervision

Carry out additional duties as required to support the Storage Manager

Physical fitness as lifting required

There is a chance of promotion to production supervisor.

Requirements

Valid Counterbalance forklift license ( full training given)

Previous warehouse experience

Physically fit and capable of handling a demanding role

Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently

A flexible and proactive approach to varied tasks
