Factory Operative - Early & Late Shifts Available

Location: HU2

Shift Patterns Available (Monday - Friday)

Early Shift: 6:00am - 1:30pm (1 position available)
Late Shift: 2:00pm - 9:30pm (1 position available)Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour

About the Role

We are currently recruiting for Factory Operatives to join a busy and well-established manufacturing site in the HU2 area. We have vacancies available on both the early and late shift patterns. This role is ideal for reliable and hardworking individuals who are comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment and supporting daily factory operations.

Key Responsibilities

Working on production lines and supporting manufacturing processes
Assembling, packing, and preparing products to company standards
Handling raw materials and finished goods safely and efficiently
Carrying out quality checks to ensure products meet required standards
Supporting warehouse and production activities as required
Following production schedules and meeting daily targets
Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work area
Adhering to all site health and safety procedures
Working effectively as part of a team to achieve operational goals

Essential Requirements (Must Have)

✅ Previous experience in a production, manufacturing, or factory environment

✅ Good attention to detail and quality standards

✅ Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

✅ Strong understanding of health and safety procedures

✅ Reliable, punctual, and hardworking attitude

✅ Good communication and teamwork skills
