Shift Pattern & Training

This role offers an excellent work-life balance with a predictable, repeating schedule.

The Shifts: Permanent night shifts operating on a 4 on, 4 off rotation.

Hours: 12-hour shifts from 18:00 to 06:00 (6:00 pm – 6:00 am).

Training Period: To ensure you succeed, your first week will consist of a dedicated training schedule, Monday to Friday, from 8:00 am – 6:00 pm.

Top-Tier Pay & Attendance Bonus

Hourly Rate: £12.71 per hour

Punctuality Bonus: Boost your income by an extra £50 per week just for being reliable! This straightforward bonus is paid to staff who return from breaks on time and are ready at their workstation at the start of every shift.
