Production Operative/Print Finisher

Production Operative/Print Finisher (Full Time)

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Production Operative/Print Finisher to join our production team. While previous experience in a similar role is desirable, full training will be provided for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

Operating a range of finishing equipment, including guillotine, binder, stitcher, and folding machines
Carrying out general print finishing duties to a high standard
Completing fulfilment tasks, including packing and dispatch preparation
Scanning incoming mail and documents to an auditable standard
Ensuring all work is completed accurately, efficiently, and in line with company procedures
Maintaining a clean and safe working environmentRequirements:

Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Strong organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines
Willingness to learn and develop new skills
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Previous experience in print finishing or production (desirable but not essential)What We Offer:
