Role: Production Operative

Hours: 8.30am – 5pm, Monday to Friday

Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour

Location: Outskirts of Horsham – due to their location you must have access to your own reliable transport

Our client is a growing manufacturing business seeking reliable and motivated Production Operatives to join their production team on a temp-to-perm basis. This is an excellent opportunity to secure a long-term position with a company that values commitment, quality, and teamwork. Working within a busy production environment, you will assist with the assembly, preparation, inspection, and testing of products while ensuring high standards of quality and efficiency are maintained.

Key Responsibilities

* Assembling components using hand tools and production equipment.

* Preparing materials and parts for production processes.

* Conducting quality checks and inspections.

* Following production schedules and work instructions.

* Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work area.

* Working collaboratively with colleagues to meet production targets.

* Reporting any quality or equipment issues to supervisors.#

Candidate Requirements

* Previous production, assembly, manufacturing, warehouse, or factory experience is advantageous.

* Good attention to detail and accuracy.

* Strong manual dexterity and practical skills.

* Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

* Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
