Clements Young Norwich is recruiting three Production Operatives to join a busy food production team based near Melton Constable, Norfolk.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing business producing high-quality food products in a fast-paced environment.

The roles are temporary to permanent, with the opportunity to secure a permanent contract subject to performance and attendance.

The Role

You’ll be working as part of a three-person production team, carrying out a variety of tasks including:

* Baking products

* Cutting and filling products

* Flow wrapping and packaging

* Maintaining high food quality and hygiene standards

* Working efficiently to meet production targets

* Keeping your work area clean and organised

Full training will be provided, but you’ll need to be able to learn new processes quickly and work accurately in a fast-paced environment.

What We’re Looking For

* Previous bakery, food production, catering or factory experience is preferred

* Good hand speed and excellent attention to detail

* A positive attitude and willingness to learn

* Reliable with a strong work ethic

* Able to work well as part of a team

Applications are also welcome from candidates without direct experience who can demonstrate they have the right attitude, dexterity and willingness to learn.

What’s on Offer

* £12.71 per hour (£14.22 including holiday pay)

* Fixed Day Shifts - Monday to Friday – no weekends

* Full training provided

* Temp to perm opportunity after approximately

* Immediate starts available
