Production Operatives – Food Manufacturing | NR9 Area

Position 1 Recruitment is currently recruiting Production Operatives to join a well-established food manufacturing company based in the NR9 area.

This is a fantastic opportunity to secure a full-time role with a great work-life balance – working just 4 days per week with no weekend shifts!

What we offer:

* Pay Rate: £13.70 per hour going up to £15.20 once signed off

* Working Hours: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM

* Shift Pattern: 4 days per week

* No weekend work

* Ongoing, full-time opportunities

Key Duties:

* Working on a food production line

* Packing and preparing products

* Maintaining high standards of hygiene and food safety

* Quality checking products

* General production and warehouse duties as required

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

* Good attention to detail

* Previous food production experience is beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided
