Production Operatives

M4 Specialist are recruiting for Production Operatives for our client in Bicester

Monday to Friday 08.00 to 17.00 (Some flexibility needed)

£12.71 per hour

* Work efficiently on a production line to meet daily production targets.

* Pick and prepare products according to production requirements.

* Pack products accurately and securely.

* Check products for quality, quantity, and presentation.

* Apply labels and prepare finished products for dispatch.

* Keep the production and packing areas clean and organised.

* Follow all health, safety, hygiene, and company procedures.

* Report damaged products, quality issues, or equipment problems to supervisors.

* Work effectively as part of a team.

* Be flexible and willing to travel to different production sites.

* Carry out other production and packing duties as required.

What we are looking for:

* Previous production line, packing, or manufacturing experience is preferred but not essential.

* Good attention to detail and accuracy.

* Ability to work at a steady pace and meet production targets.

* Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods.

* Reliable, punctual, and hardworking.

* Good teamwork and communication skills.

* Flexible attitude towards working hours.
