Production Operator with FLT Counterbalance Licence Recruit are currently recruiting for a reliable and motivated Production Operators to join our client production team and contribute to delivering exceptional product quality, safety, and efficiency. The site focuses on recycling post-consumer plastics and producing high-quality recycled plastic granules used within sustainable manufacturing. Pay Rate £14.00 - £14.50 per hour Shifts and Hours * 44 hours over 4 days per week (12 hours shifts including both days & nights) * 1 hour unpaid break * Flexibility required during non-production weeks. * No weekends (May change as the business develops) Key Responsibilities * Assist the Production Manager in ensuring compliance with Health & Safety, Product Safety, Quality, and Environmental procedures. * Operate Erema pelletizing machinery (full training provided). * Support team members in meeting production targets and improving operational efficiency. * Proactively contribute to the development of individual and team objectives. * Promote cross-training and flexibility across the production department. * Perform duties safely and in line with the Health & Safety at Work Act 1974, making improvement recommendations when needed. * Immediately report any product quality or safety concerns to the Production Manager Key Behaviours & Values * Strong commitment to health & safety, co-worker wellbeing, and environmental protection. * Passion for product quality and continuous improvement in recycling processes. * Actively supports personal and team development initiatives. * Open, honest communicator who aligns with company values. * Respects diversity and fosters an inclusive, positive work environment.
