Production Operator

About the Role

Hue Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of a well-established specialist manufacturing company based in Stevenage.

Key Responsibilities

* Measuring and labelling specialist tooling.

* Servicing and preparing tooling for production.

* Carrying out quality inspections to ensure products meet company standards.

* Following production procedures and work instructions accurately.

* Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment.

* Working collaboratively as part of a small production team to achieve daily production targets.

Skills & Experience

We're looking for someone who is:

* Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.

* Positive, reliable, and eager to learn.

* Able to work independently as well as part of a team.

* A strong communicator with a good work ethic.

* Experienced within a manufacturing or production environment (desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided).

Salary & Benefits

* £13.00 per hour (£25,350 per annum).

* Permanent, full-time position.

* Monday to Friday, 6:00am – 3:00pm (37.5 hours per week).

* Six-month probationary period.

* Full training provided.

* 25 days' annual leave plus bank holidays.
