12-month contract
£16.57 per hour (PAYE) + £675 per month (shift allowance) 
12-hour shifts

We’re working with a leading manufacturer whose innovative products are supplied worldwide. They’re looking for an experienced Production Operator to join their production team, operating cutting-edge automated systems and keeping things moving in a busy, safety-focused environment.

This is a hands-on role that combines production operations, forklift truck work, and working closely with other departments to make sure everything runs smoothly.

What you’ll be doing:

Operating an automated production plant using SCADA systems.
Loading/unloading goods, materials, and road tankers using an FLT.
Following SOPs and manufacturing processes to maintain quality standards.
Liaising with colleagues across multiple departments by phone, email, and in person.
Keeping your work area clean, safe, and well-organised.
Adhering to all health & safety and quality procedures. 
What we’re looking for:

A valid FLT licence and proven forklift experience.
Experience in a manufacturing, production, or industrial setting.
Must have SCADA experience.
A proactive approach, able to work with minimal supervision.
Good housekeeping skills and attention to detail.
Computer literacy and ability to use production systems
