Pay: £24,784.50 per year

We are seeking a dedicated Production Operator/Packer to join our client's growing team. Following a recent acquisition and continued expansion, the business is increasing production capacity and transitioning additional throughput to its Deeside facility, creating exciting opportunities for individuals looking to develop their careers within the life sciences sector.
This is an excellent opportunity for candidates currently working within food manufacturing, general production, packing, or other regulated environments who are seeking a more rewarding and purpose-driven role. Unlike high-volume manufacturing settings, this position offers a more intricate production process with a strong emphasis on quality, precision, and compliance, where attention to detail is valued above speed alone.
The successful candidate will be responsible for assembling and packing clinical kits while maintaining the highest quality standards. The role requires excellent hand-eye coordination, accuracy, and a commitment to delivering high-quality products within a regulated environment.
Duties
• Production and build clinical kits, as per instructions • Ensure quality checks are carried out • Arranging logistics and distribution of kits • Updating the CRM system • Liaise with suppliers and clients as required • Maintain regulatory standards
Requirements
• Picking and packing experience in a detailed orientated environment would be a distinct advantage • Strong attention to details are essential • Ability to work effectively within a team environment while following strict guidelines. • IT skills using MS Office & Excel • Strong verbal communication skills required • Ability to establish and maintain strong working relationships • The initial training period will be carried out at another site for approx 1 month
